Azadea Group is a Lebanese retail holding company based in Beirut. Azadea Group has been representing franchised brands for more than 25 years; managing over 40 international brand names across clothing, accessories, food, multimedia, home furnishings and sports goods. In 1978, Wassim Daher opened a small clothing store on Hamra Street, in the heart of Beirut.

In the 1980’s, the Group witnessed MaxMara. The next two decades established Azadea Group as a major retail industry player in the Middle East through its expansion into the United Arab Emirates (1993), Kuwait (1998), Qatar (1998), Bahrain (1999), Jordan (2001), Egypt (2005), Saudi Arabia (2007), Oman (2007) and Erbil (2009), as well as through securing the franchise rights for major international brands such as Zara, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Pull & Bear, Stradivarius, Oysho, Uterque, Zara Home, Mango, Decathlon, Gymboree, Sunglass Hut, Colombus Cafe, Salsa, Promod, Boggi, Punto Roma and many others. Azadea Group is always thriving to grow its brand portfolio and expand its store network across already existing and newly developed markets.
