Mayssoune Rifai

Mayssoune holds a degree in Psychology and a minor in Marketing from the American University of Beirut. She has been involved in the family business since her graduation year and as such, she has acquired hands-on experience in the retail food industry, where she started as head of the Human Resources department and was simultaneously in charge of the Food Safety Management System from ISO, HACCP, to IFS.

In 2008, she led the Marketing department which she runs to date. She is Head of Marketing and Product Development at Al Rifai Roastery SAL.

It is worthwhile mentioning that under her management, Al Rifai was awarded SEA Award in the category of National Image, Lebanese Excellence award, and best Industrial brand.
